Towels are provided, but you may also bring your own. We require swim suits to be worn during your session. Please bring a bag for wet clothing. There is a hamper outside the room for used linens. Bring water for hydration. No glass bottles.

To get the most out of your session, we suggest the following flow, though we encourage you to listen to your body and move at your own pace:
Warm Up: Spend up to 15 minutes in the infrared sauna.
Rinse: Take a quick shower to rinse off.
Cold Plunge: Submerge for up to 3 minutes.
Repeat
Studio Hygiene: To preserve our equipment and maintain a clean environment, please shower before using the sauna to remove all lotions, oils, and fragrances.

There is no hard rule, but consistency is where the magic happens. Many of our regulars find that 2–3 times a week is the "sweet spot" for seeing improvements in recovery, mood, and stress management.
